Blizzard the Betta Calms Everyone

This morning: Waiting for Willy to start the 'My turn out!' chirps.
All was quiet. I asked Willy why.
Willy sent me a thought. "He (Blizzard) said not to worry. She won't for get us."
He said the fish told him how I needed to go in the water to feel better just like he does.
I always let the Linnies out after my shower. One night I took Blizzard Betta in the bathroom with me in his mini tank. He LOVED the bubbles! I set some near his tank and he got all swimmy and happy
Blizzard said "Bernard told me about the big tank but he never told me about the BUBBLES!

Communications With Mr Mountain July 21, 2011

Yesterday as we were driving home both Joe and I noticed how brown the mountains had become. I did a very bad thing. I called them "sh** brown" in my head.
The mountain heard me! At least it felt my thoughts. The mountain thought it was funny. I immediately apologised profusely, saying that he just looked like a big dirt ball not all nice and green anymore.
He said "ya...that's me!" Then he showed me a close up of all these holes and tunnels that little creatures lived in inside him.
"They like it here." he said " The rocks and my dirt provide a cool place for them when it gets too hot."
I apologised again for saying such a bad thing about. Mr Mountain showed me a picture of a little lizard. The lizard lifted his head and looked at me and said "you ugly!"
It was real funny first to see a talking lizard and then to have it say such an outrageous thing made me laugh. Mr Mountain laughed too
Then he said "and you what funnier is the people named the space between the mountains and not the mountains themselves" We were driving on Gypsum Canyon Rd
Later I was meditating on what Mr Mountain had taught me. I asked  ' What about when it rains? Do you like that?'
Mr Mountain answered "Trees grow and that is nice. But too much rain makes the little critters' homes melt and get muddy They don't like that"
I had a mountain that I loved in Hawaii called the Ko'olaus where the clouds hovered and sent down a drizzle every morning that moistened my skin.
Mr Mountain said "So you liked the mountain because it fulfilled a need?"
I had to think about that one.
Mr mountain spoke again. "You need friends instead of sitting here talking with an old mountain. Haven't had a coversation like this sice the old days with the other people"
I guessed this to mean the native American Indians who were here first.

On a note I will be making firends. I am going to a tea at my church tomorrow :)

Red Pada June 12, 2011

Last I had the sweetest vision of a Red raccoon. His face was bright orange with a mask of darker orange across his eyes. He put his face right up to mine and smiled. At first I the he was a fox but was too plump to be a fox. He plopped down still grinning and befan to wash rubbing his dainty claws together then smoothing down his fur in long even stokes similar to a cat.
I ask 'How are you?'
"HAPPY!" he replied
He combed his fur some. I offered him some water which he took politely. He looked at the straw odly so I removed. He drank tipping the bottle up. Then he tipped some on his fur and paws. He was very intent on keeping them clean. Some how I knew this red guy was a male.
I refrained from asking any questions until he was finished with his cleaning ritual. When he was groomed to his satisfaction, he leaned back on his full tail and smiled a wide, content grin.
This all happened in a vision before my eyes none of it tangible but all real
So I asked "why are you here?"
He said "a white bird" which I assumed to be Cloud my parakeet "told us about an unusual pink and white and fish and an unusual pink and white human. I wanted to see them for myself And now I am here and I am happy! I am unusual too!
'What is your name?' I asked
Then he did the most strange thing in reply. He dipped that big bush of a tail in the water and wrote carefully
C-A-R-L-E-E
Carlee is a girls name I thought out loud.
He said 'um..ok but this not in you language.
He finished by saying ' You are different I am different You are happy I am happy!
The next day I looked it up Carlee means "Free Man"
Red Pandas are native bears found in he Hemilayians. They eat bamboo and will also eat mince like cats.
It is so neat to be unique!
That is what the Red Panda taught me

GOD BLESSES JULIE

GOD BLESSES JULIE : Yesterday I was going to send Julie a relaxing picture with a sound bite of rain falling. When I called to wish her a happy birthday she told me that she had the most wonderful morning standing on the patio of her work place watching the rain fall. God gave her the best present ever!

I Pray For Warm Fuzzies

For the past 2 years I have been searching the online classifieds for a fuzzy, a small dog, to pet, walk, feed, and talk to. This has been met with heartache. I know that my lifestyle could not handle the upkeep of a dog right now. But I keep looking because they are so cute.
Last Wednesday I could almost feel the soft fur of a dog in my hands in my imagination. My husband and I went for a bite to eat. "Where do you want to park?" he asked. I said "right in front of the PetSmart so I can watch the fuzzies go in and out!" He said "oh well I get nervous when you start looking at fuzzies" And we parked somewhere else. After lunch we went shopping at Joann's fabric store where he found the perfect iron and had a 50% off coupon to go with it. When he brought it to the counter we found out the coupon did not include irons. He left with a heavy heart having something he really wanted taken away from him. As we were walking out of the store I spotted a man and his dog sitting at the door. She was beautiful chocolate brown Cocker Spaniel named Daisy. I had a Cocker when I was in high school so this was really special for me. Although she was extremely nervous, she did let me pet her. I caressed her ears and soothed my finger down her back. She relaxed under my touch and even hopped on my leg for more. I had to go catch up to my husband who had loped back to the truck and was loading items in it. I thanked the nice man for letting me pet her and then I thanked God for that special small gift of touching a warm fuzzy. Daisy looked just like the one in this photo taken randomly from the internet. I thought she could have been named Snickers since I had a Snickers bar in my pocked and she looked just like it and was so sweet.

The gift did not stop there. This Sunday my husband found a pair of nightstands for 15$ That was a steal. We took a leisurely drive through the hills to get there. God showed me that I must come too because there was going to be a white fuzzy there! We arrived at the address and knocked on the door. Sure enough a young college couple and their white dog met us at the door. She was a beauty! She was an English Spaniel; white with brown flecks and green eyes She was amazingly calm. She never barked and never jumped. I leaned down to stroke her behind the ears. Her owner said she named her Susse which is German for sugar. She was definitely a sweetheart. I cooed and petted the lovely lady Spaniel while my husband loaded our chosen pieces of furniture into the truck. Then I sighed. Another warm fuzzy. Thank you God...so much. Sussse looked just like this one taken randomly from the internet.

The final gift will come on Saturday. My step mom invited my husband and I out to celebrate my birthday dinner at my favorite restaurant; the Famous Enterprise Fish Co. I have been going there for my birthday since I was 10years old and found that I love Alaskan King crab more than any food in this world. Well I missed a few birthdays to that particular restaurant while I was living in Hawaii. But my friends always treated me generously by taking me out to dinners over there.
Back to my story. On visiting my step mom; I will also see her lovable dog Benson who is a purebred black Cocker Spaniel!
God is really giving me the warm fuzzies!
